Refund Policy

Last updated: November 2026. This policy applies once paid reports go on sale.

What you are buying

Lumora reports are digital products, generated automatically from your birth details and delivered electronically (web report + PDF). Prices are one-time payments in US dollars — there is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

Full refunds — always

• Delivery failure: if a technical fault means your report is not generated or not delivered, we will fix it or refund you in full — your choice.
• Wrong file / corrupted PDF: we will regenerate it; if we can't, we refund in full.
• Duplicate charge: accidental double payments are refunded in full, automatically once spotted or as soon as you tell us.
• Wrong birth details entered by you: tell us within 7 days and we will regenerate the report once with corrected details, free. If you'd rather not, we'll refund you.

After delivery

Because a report is generated personally for you and delivered in full immediately, change-of-mind refunds after successful delivery are not normally available. That said, if you believe a report is substantially not what was described on this site, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will review it fairly — where a report falls short of its description, we refund.

How to ask

Email support@lumoraastro.com with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; our payment provider typically completes them within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If anything goes wrong, please contact us first — almost everything above is resolved with one email, faster than a chargeback.
