Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026. These terms are a plain-language draft published ahead of our paid launch and will be finalised before reports go on sale.

1. The service

Lumora provides free astrology chart calculations and, once launched, paid digital astrology reports (natal chart and synastry) delivered electronically as web pages and PDF files. Reports are generated automatically from the birth details you provide.

2. Entertainment only

All calculations, readings and reports on Lumora are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not predict future events, and they are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. No outcome, result or change in your life is promised or guaranteed by any content on this site. Decisions you make remain entirely your own.

3. Age

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a report. The free calculator may be used by anyone.

4. Prices and payment

Report prices are shown on the site in US dollars and are one-time payments. Lumora does not sell subscriptions and never auto-renews or stores payment details for future charges. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Reports are delivered automatically after payment, to the email address and download link provided at checkout. Delivery requires accurate birth details; reports are generated from the details you enter, and Lumora is not responsible for errors in details you supply (including birth times and time-zone offsets).

6. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or resell reports as your own work. Reports are licensed for your personal use.

8. Intellectual property

The Lumora name, site design and report texts are protected by copyright. Your purchased report is yours to keep and share privately; commercial redistribution is not permitted.

9. Liability

The site and reports are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumora's liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
